Identity Verification: To ensure the request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with your request. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy.

Response Time: We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks (one month under GDPR).

File a Complaint

If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Children’s Privacy
